Terms of Service

Effective: October 2026

IMPORTANT: By accessing or using STVE.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of STVE ("STVE.ai," "Service," "we," "our," or "us"), including the website at stve.ai, the web app, STVE Desktop, the overlay, and related services. By requesting access, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. What STVE is

STVE is an AI streaming character for Twitch and Kick streamers. He is a character with his own personality, opinions and memories. A Jarvis for your stream. Each streamer's STVE grows unique.

On a live stream he can talk in chat and appear on an overlay. He is a labeled AI streaming character. He is not a human, and he is not an auto-clip factory.

On a live stream he runs through STVE Desktop on Windows, together with the web app. You connect the Twitch or Kick channel you stream on and add the overlay to your scene.

3. Closed beta and access

STVE is in closed beta. Access is by the waitlist. Free during closed beta. Checkout is closed. There is nothing to buy.

We may change, pause, or end the beta, and we may decline or withdraw access. If a paid plan is offered later, the price will be shown to you first, and you will have to agree to it before any charge. No charge is made during this closed beta.

4. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use STVE. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's consent.

You agree to give accurate account information, keep your login to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Requesting a slot on the waitlist does not by itself open a Twitch or Kick login. Login is for people who already have access.

5. The character, chat, and overlay

When you have access and you go live, STVE can reply in your connected Twitch or Kick chat and show up on the overlay. You are responsible for moderating your own chat and for following the rules of the platform you stream on.

STVE's lines are generated by AI. He can be wrong, he can miss context, and his opinions are the character's opinions. They are not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice, and they are not promises from us.

You decide whether he is on. You can stop using the overlay, the desktop app, and chat at any time.

6. STVE Desktop

STVE Desktop is the Windows app used when he is live, including voice and the overlay. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it for your own streams while you have access.

You may not copy the app for someone else, rent it out, or try to take it apart. We can stop providing the desktop app as part of ending or changing the beta.

7. Twitch and Kick

You may connect a Twitch channel, a Kick channel, or both, where the product allows it. You may also connect an X account. Connecting an account means you have the right to connect it, and you agree to that platform's terms and rules.

We access platform data to run STVE and the features you turn on. We do not sell that data. Platform APIs can change or break, and a platform can limit or ban an account. We are not responsible for a platform's own decisions.

Your use of Twitch data is also subject to Twitch's terms and developer policies. We access Twitch data to provide the Service, and we do not sell or distribute Twitch data to third parties.

8. STVE Watches

STVE Watches is marked coming soon. When it is available, it works like this: off the clock, STVE may watch other streamers. He credits and links the streamers he watches. He only shows up where he has been invited. A channel is watched only with that streamer's consent.

If you invite STVE to watch your channel, you let him credit and link you. If you do not invite him, he does not watch you through Watches. Do not send him to a channel that has not agreed.

9. Your content and clips

You keep your rights in your streams, your chat, and your clips. You make the clips. After a stream, clips you already made can sit on your desk. You choose what to finish and what to post. Processing a clip means turning a clip you already made into a finished video, such as a vertical render with captions. Nothing is posted to TikTok, YouTube, or anywhere else until you approve it.

You give us a limited license to host, process, and display that content so we can run the Service, and to send a post only when you approve it. The license ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for copies we are required to keep, backups that age out on a normal cycle, and content you already asked us to post.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you bring in, including game footage, music, and other people's voices or faces, and for what you approve before it goes out.

10. Third-party media, including KLIPY

A finished clip may include third-party media, such as KLIPY stickers and memes. That media belongs to its owners, not to us. KLIPY stickers and memes are subject to KLIPY's terms. We do not promise that every item is cleared for every use. You review a clip before you post it. If a clip shows a KLIPY credit, leave that credit in place.

11. YouTube and TikTok

When you connect YouTube, you authorize us to upload a video you approved to your channel, and you agree to YouTube's Terms of Service and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. You can revoke access in your Google account permissions. Our use of information from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

When you connect TikTok, you authorize us to upload a video you approved to your account, and you agree to TikTok's Terms of Service and TikTok's API Terms of Service. You can revoke access in TikTok's app permissions. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

13. Intellectual property

STVE, the character, the software, and the site are ours. These Terms do not give you our name, logo, or character, except the limited right to use the Service as it is offered, including showing the labeled character on a stream you are allowed to run.

If you send us feedback, we may use it without paying you.

14. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that STVE will be up, accurate, or a fit for a particular purpose. AI output can be wrong. Memory can be incomplete. We do not promise viewers, growth, income, or that a platform will allow him on stream.

To the extent the law allows, STVE and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or a platform's ban, removal, or demonetization. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. During the closed beta that amount is zero, because access is free.

Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, the limits apply only as far as the law allows.

15. Indemnity

You will defend and hold us harmless from claims that come from your content, your streams, your use of the Service, or your breaking these Terms or a platform's rules, including reasonable legal fees.

16. Termination

You may stop using STVE at any time. You may ask us to close your account by emailing [email protected].

We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms, if we end the beta, or if we need to protect streamers, viewers, or the Service. There are no subscription fees to fall behind on during the closed beta, because there is nothing to pay.

When access ends, your right to use the Service ends. We delete account data within 30 days, except where the law tells us to keep it. Sections that should survive, including disclaimers, indemnity, and the license you gave for content already posted, stay in effect.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make a material change, we will post the new date on this page and, where we have your email, send a notice. If you keep using STVE after the update applies, you accept the update.

18. General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement. If a court strikes one part, the rest stays. We do not waive a right by waiting to use it. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to a successor.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules, and not as a class action. Either of us may still go to a court to stop misuse of the Service.
